Condos in the Carribean (Dutch St. Maarten)

One bedroom, one bath new condo units for rent in Dutch St. Maarten for the 2008 – 2009 (December through May) season.

These units are for sober adults only. No smoking, drinking, pets or children.

They are all turn key units — just put your clothes in the closet and start enjoying the island. The units are minutes from the public transportation, buses, which go around both the Dutch and French sides of the island. Private parking is available for rental cars.

Prices start from $475.00 to $600.00 per week, depending on the size of the unit. There is a $200.00 deposit to hold the unit for each week being rented. Deposit is returned upon leaving, provided the unit is clean and all towels are returned. There are coin operated washer/dryers on premises.

Dutch St. Maarten has 11 Alcoholics Annonymous meetings a week, 5 morning meetings and 6 evening meetings.

There are many beautiful beaches on both sides of the island along with numerous activities including, boating, horse back riding, scuba, snorkling, hiking, and biking. From Dutch St. Maarten, you can easily go day tripping to 5 other exciting islands — Saba, Anguilla, St.Kitts, Nevis, and St .Barts — by boat or small plane.
